Waves Physiotherapy Cancellation Policy

At Waves Physiotherapy, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, in order to provide the best care to all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy to ensure that appointments are available for everyone. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. 

Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 75% of the session payment. 

In cases where a client does not contact us and fails to show up for their appointment, the full session payment of 100% will be expected.
